3 Things to Remember When Taking Your Lovely to Valentine’s Day Pizza

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, gents. That means you’re going to need to up your game if you want to keep your snuggle partner through the rest of the cold winter months. Even though pizza is a solid choice for Valentine’s Day dinner, here are some things you should keep in mind to make it a success:

  1. Take her out to a NICE place. This is not the time to be saving money, so forget about Pizza Hut or Domino’s and find a place with a wood-burning oven. Remember to go on Yelp to look at reviews and ratings.
  2. Choose your toppings wisely! We love anchovies and garlic as much as the next blogger, but it might not make for the best post-dinner smooch (or make out session). Go for less pungent toppings unless you are both really, really into it.
  3. Leave some room for dessert. We all wish we had a separate stomach for dessert, but that’s unfortunately not the case. So don’t pig out too much on pizza. There is nothing like a bit of tiramisu to finish a Valentine’s Day dinner on a sweet note (although we are not opposed to some dessert pizza!)

Have a lovely Valentine’s Day and show how much you care with our gorgeous “Valentine’s Pizza” sticker pack, now available on the Apple App Store.

Why I Buy Me Flowers

I love childhood stories of prince and princesses. Princes are generally giving, and princesses generally allow love. Fast forward to years later to today, I thought:

Are you happier if you receive flowers or a Chanel bag from a man? Are you happier if you give flowers or a Chanel bag to a woman?

Every morning, unless you live in the country, we see concrete and walls, tall buildings and fast automobiles, brands and more brands. Yet, there are flowers.

Every time a man gives a woman (or another man) flowers, it reaches deep into our hearts, as if something else in it burns – makes it living, alive, on fire. It softens our whole.

Every time I buy me flowers, I am reminded of my own grace. People call it self love. Surrounded by one of the beauties of the world, there is a certain unexplainable delight.

I called it Delightful Flowers.
